2. Products

Most of the products sold in our shop are used kitchen pots. Antique, vintage. They are either sold as we discovered them or they were tinned or polished. 3. Order

4. Delivery

For physical deliveries outside metropolitan France the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order.

In case of exercise of the right of retraction, the SELLER is held to the refund of the sums paid by the customer, without expenses, with the exception of the expenses of return. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 days.

6. Payment

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the confirmation during the finalization of your cart.
The price of the products (and possibly the transport in case of sending) is payable in immediatly (except other arrangement between the SELLER and the buyer).
Payment can be made in different ways to choose at the time of your order.

8. Litigation

This contract is subject to French law. 9. Warranty

The SELLER's liability is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value at its date of sale and without recourse to the brand or the company producing the product. In any case, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and hidden defects (Art.1625 and following of the Civil Code). Provided that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (art.1641 and following of the Civil Code); if the buyer goes to court, he must do so in a "short time" from the discovery of the hidden defect (art.1648 of the Civil Code).

10. Legal information
